Was your Phone Lost or Stolen?

Has a client scammed you after the sale?

Have you or your store experienced mobile device theft?

If YES, now you can Blacklist the IMEI in GSMA.DB database by using this service. The blacklisted device will not be usable anywhere in the world. It will be blocked by all mobile networks from all global carriers.

Please use this service with caution. This service will allow you to submit any mobile device IMEI number to be put on the worldwide blacklist. We submit the IMEI to the GSMA Data Base (GSMA.DB) Blacklist. After completion the device will not be usable on any network worldwide and will show up on blacklist checking websites. This service becomes now available to you the public after many cell phone stores have asked if we can blacklist devices due to theft and/or non payment by customers. The blacklisting will be submitted via T-Mobile/Sprint servers but will show up as blacklisted when any other mobile company scans the IMEI and will not work on any other carriers network worldwide. After submission of an IMEI to the blacklist the IMEI will be considered lost/stolen in the GSMA Data Base.

The blacklisting can be reversed with the purchase of our T-Mobile Blacklist Repair service we have listed here on our website. This can be reversed back to Clean & Clear when the specific device is back in your (the rightful owners) possession.

What is an IMEI number & where is it located?

The International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) number is a unique identification or serial number that all mobile phones and smartphones have. It is normally 15 digits long. All iPhone and Android devices have an IMEI 1 and some have an IMEI 2. IMEI 1 is the physical sim tray slot and IMEI 2 is reserved for the Esim. We only need IMEI 1 to network unlock the device. Unlocking IMEI 1 will also unlock IMEI 2 (Esim) as well.

To find the IMEI on your iPhone
    1. Go to Settings > General and select About. Scroll down to find the IMEI
    2. Open the sim card tray and the IMEI number should be printed on the back side of the physical sim card tray
    3. Look on the original box of the device
