Below are examples of our T-Mobile Status Check Service.

This service will NOT clean or clear the money you owe in your T-Mobile?Sprint Account or your Sprint device. This service will NOT unlock your Sprint device either. If you want to unlock after we reverse the blacklist, you can order one of our many unlocking services after your device IMEI is cleaned.

This service is not like other Sprint Lost & Stolen Unbarring services, this is the most stable, most effective service you will find anywhere in the world yes

Service details: Remove, Reverse & Repair a blacklisted Sprint device IMEI from Lost/Stolen To -> Clean/Clear or to Unpaid Bills.

Please note if your device is financed and blacklisted due to unpaid bills it will still show that once unbarring or blacklist removal is done, it will NOT remove your balance or remove any money owed on the specific device or account. The device will show clean and clear but will not get service for call, text or internet. In this case most customers choose to turn in or trade in the device when upgrading.

Models Supported: All Sprint models, phones, tablets, watches, hotspots and devices with IMEI number, iPhone and/or Android. Any "unlocked" device that was blacklisted via Sprint is also supported. Yes, Sprint/T-Mobile can and will blacklist devices that was not originally purchased through their outlets or stores. It's ok, we can still remove the blacklist status on your device if you fall under this umbrella.

FAQ

1. How do I remove my iPhone/Android from the blacklist?

This service is how.

2. How do I get my phone off the blacklist?

This service will do that.

3. Can I use my phone after the blacklist service is performed?

Yes. We cannot guarantee that your phone will be usable with Sprint/T-Mobile service due to so many other factors with the client's cell phone plan/bill/account or if the device is financed or owes unpaid bills. However, with that being said 9/10 customers are still using their Sprint device to this day that was previously removed from the blacklist using our service starting over a year ago!

4. After a successful blacklist removal service can I trade-in the device at a T-Mobile store for an upgrade to a new device on my account?

Yes, in fact I have personally done this myself many times. Our blacklist cleaning is so accurate that a T-Mobile rep will scan your device IMEI when trading in your device and review the device details and they cannot even tell that the device was ever blacklisted. Your device will be as good as new.

5. After a successful Sprint Blacklist Removal Service my device still shows up blacklisted on 3rd Party blacklist check websites, why?

The 3rd party IMEI blacklist check websites actually use data that is 2-4 weeks old. How the 3rd party blacklist check websites work is they actually get their data from the carriers and the GSMA database once every month. Their data is not up to date. The only official way to check up to the second data is on the T-Mobile website and checking on our servers since we have access to these servers. If we perform a Sprint Blacklist removal/repair on your device it will be clean/clear on T-Mobile website and on their servers immediately. It could take up to 2-4 weeks for your device to show up clean/clear on the 3rd party IMEI blacklist check websites. That's not our fault its the 3rd party website's fault and their slow meta data/cache refresh. This only occurs randomly. Most data is pretty close to "up to date" but now and then or 1 out of every 10 devices might take a while to show clean and clear on 3rd party websites.

6. Is blacklist repair/removal the same as "unbarring"?

The removal of your device from the blacklist is also called unbarring in industry terms. It is technically all the same just described by different verbiage. IMEI cleaning, unbarring, blacklist removal, repair, reversal is technically the same thing. It is the action of removing the device's IMEI off the blacklist and moving it back the the clean and clear status.

7. How does TabTech Unlock Sim do this?

We have access to T-Mobile & Sprint servers and GSMA IMEI Blacklist servers. The Group Special Mobile Association (GSMA) is an association representing the interests of mobile operators and the broader mobile industry worldwide. Through the GSMA IMEI Blacklist service, 119 mobile operators across 41 countries share information on millions of stolen devices every day, to help combat global theft. However, we understand you can purchase a device from a 3rd party unknowingly to you that the device was considered lost/stolen, or if you lost your own device, reported it stolen and then at a later time found your device. We can access these servers and actually remove your Sprint device IMEI from this list so your device can be used again. This is truly cutting edge innovative unbarring technology at it's finest. Come experience the very best mobile technology in the industry.

8. After TabTech Unlock Sim removes the device from the blacklist, will it ever get blacklisted again?

We have never had a case of the device being re-blacklisted...and actually the system does not work like that. 1st of all T-Mobile/Sprint will have no knowledge of the device being removed from the blacklist back to clean/clear. Once the device gets back to clean/clear status from TabTech Unlock Sim it will stay on the "whitelist" as clean/clear. The only other way a previously serviced device could get back on the blacklist is if you, the client calls T-Mobile and reports the device lost or stolen again OR you stop paying your T-Mobile/Sprint account/bill.

*T-MOBILE/SPRINT CANNOT AND WILL NOT REMOVE A DEVICE THAT IS CURRENTLY ON THE BLACKLIST. EVEN IF IT IS YOUR DEVICE, YOU PAY FOR THE DEVICE AND OWN THE DEVICE. IF YOU REPORT THE DEVICE LOST OR STOLEN AND THEN YOU FIND THE DEVICE AT A LATER TIME...T-MOBILE CANNOT AND WILL NOT REMOVE YOUR DEVICE FROM THE BLACKLIST. WE HAVE THE POWER TO REVERSE THE BLACKLIST. WE HAVE ACCESS TO THE INTERNAL SERVERS. WE CAN GET THE DEVICE USABLE AGAIN.

Terms of Service and Important Information:

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDER

  • This Is Auto API Service. Orders Will Go In Process Immediately After Submission
  • While In Process It Is Not Possible To Cancel
  • Sometimes Due To Some Global Issues, Orders Delay. Please Cooperate With Us We Will Get It Processed ASAP
  • If You Have Questions Please Contact Us Before You Place An Order
  • We will provide a full refund if the device is originally a Sprint device IMEI and it is submitted to our blacklist repair & removal (unbarring) server as "lost" or "stolen" and the device gets rejected. We are so confident in our blacklist removal server and services that we will now fully guarantee and offer a full refund if your device is not originally from Sprint but it is blacklisted by Sprint (yes, Sprint can blacklist your device even if the device was not purchased from or through them) and the device IMEI gets rejected. So, basically if your device was blacklisted due to "lost" or "stolen" status by Sprint weather it is an original Sprint device or not, we fully guarantee that we can remove the device from the blacklist or your money back.

No refund if your phone shows unpaid bills after clean. If the imei shows "unpaid bills" after service is completed you will need to pay off your bill or the device before it can be used again on T-Mobile service. Your device will be off the blacklist, it will just still show "unpaid bills" in the internal servers or T-Mobile/Sprint computer system.

*If your device was originally blocked and blacklisted for "non-payment" we can still run this service on your device. We have had some success in the past with some devices that were blocked for non-payment but we do not guarantee our services on devices that are blocked for "non-payment" or "fraud" and will not refund money if the device blocked for non-payment or fraud get rejected in the blacklist repair server. We only issue a full refund and insure our services for "Lost/Stolen" blacklisted devices. If your device is officially blacklisted as "Lost/Stolen" and the device IMEI gets rejected in our server we will then issue a full 100% refund. Please run your device IMEI on our free checking service before ordering our blacklist removal service so we can check for you before we submit the device

*Once submitted, you CANNOT cancel, NO exception, because it is not possible for us to cancel on our end while it is in service (processing) with your device's IMEI number.

*WE DO NOT OFFER A LIFETIME GUARANTEE ON BLACKLIST REMOVAL BECAUSE OF SO MANY OTHER FACTORS THAT COULD HAVE YOUR DEVICE NOT IN SERVICE AFTER WE REMOVE YOUR DEVICE FROM THE BLACKLIST AND GET IT BACK IN THE CLEAN & CLEAR STATUS. SUCH AS UNPAID BILLS ON THE CLIENT'S ACCOUNT OR CUSTOMER'S BEHALF AFTER WE SUCCESSFULLY REMOVE YOUR DEVICE FROM THE BLACKLIST. WE DO OFFER A GUARANTEE ON THE FACT THAT WE WILL REMOVE THE BLACKLIST STATUS FROM "LOST/STOLEN" TO "CLEAN/CLEAR" FOR UP TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS. WE CANNOT CONTROL WHAT THE CLIENT DOES TO HIS OR HER DEVICE PAYMENTS AND/OR ACCOUNT AFTER WE GET THE DEVICE USABLE AGAIN. BASICALLY WE WILL GUARANTEE WE WILL REMOVE THE DEVICE FROM THE BLACKLIST AND AFTER THAT THE DEVICE IS ON YOU, JUST LIKE YOUR DEVICE AND ACCOUNT WAS BEFORE THE DEVICE WAS BLACKLISTED. THE DEVICE WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY JUST GO BACK TO THE BLACKLIST, BLACKLISTING DOES NOT WORK THAT WAY. THE DEVICE WILL HAVE TO HIT A "TRIGGER" IN ORDER TO GET BLACKLISTED. YOU THE CUSTOMER HAVE TO MISS PAYMENT OR STOP PAYMENT ON ACCOUNT FOR THE DEVICE TO BE BLACKLISTED OR YOU HAVE TO CALL IN AND REPORT THE DEVICE LOST OR STOLEN TO ACTIVATE A BLACKLIST TRIGGER TO HAVE YOUR DEVICE ADDED BACK TO THE BLACKLIST.

*Devices blacklisted with the “undelivered” or "not delivered" status means it was stolen during the delivery process when it was first purchased by the original buyer. It is a new kind of blacklist the carrier’s implemented in the last 10 months to try and reduce the theft of their devices during shipping at the original time of purchase. At the moment there is no fix for the “undelivered” status. Neither we or anyone else can reverse and if someone tells you they can they are not being truthful. The carrier cannot even reverse the status of "not delivered". The carrier basically writes it off as a loss. We do not refund or reverse/fix/remove devices labeled as "not delivered" we apologize for the inconveniences. We can only reverse the blacklist if the device is blacklisted as "lost/stolen". It is best you submit your device IMEI number to our free T-Mobile & Sprint Device Status Check Service before you order this service just to get full confidence in our services and what your device is blacklisted as.

*Delivery Time (Wait Time) Avg: 3 - 7 Days. We are experiencing slight delays due to the popularity of this service and the fact that we are submitting a large amount of device IMEI numbers to our servers and the servers are experiencing a "bottleneck" effect. Please be patient, we are working very hard to get each and every device IMEI the proper time and dedication your device deserves to get it removed from the blacklist. The delay does not affect the results, if your device will get removed or not... we still have a 99% success rate. It is just taking a bit longer than normal.

*The estimated time frame of service is just that, an estimated, average time of service or completion. We are fairly accurate although some services can be completed faster than our estimated time frame and some could take longer than the average time frame. It is not a guaranteed time of completion. If the service is still processing we cannot cancel. It is an auto API server. When ordered, the service automatically places the order via our unlocking server and cannot be cancelled. It is completed when the auto API service comes back as "completed" (unlocked) or "rejected" (not unlocked). We only provide refunds for rejected services.

*Blacklist removal service does not support devices blacklisted via Chimaera Lock Policy enabled.
